Custom & Made-to-Order Work

Most products are custom-made. Because of this, colors, materials, and placement may vary slightly. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are estimates and may change based on final design, quantity, or materials.
• Pricing is confirmed with you before production begins.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on complexity and current order volume. If there are delays, we will communicate them.

Returns & Disputes

Due to the custom nature of our work, returns are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customer-Provided Content

If you provide images, logos, or text for a custom design, you confirm that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any copyrighted or trademarked content.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, designs created by Oh Snap Artistics remain our intellectual property. Customer-provided designs remain the property of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Oh Snap Artistics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
