At Oh Snap Artistics, we want you to be happy with your order. Because many of our items are custom and handmade, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
Returns are accepted in certain situations. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or improperly made, please contact us so we can review the issue.
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Photos of the issue may be required
- Items must be returned in their original condition when applicable
Refunds
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A partial refund
- A replacement item
- A full refund (in rare cases)
Refund amounts are determined based on the nature of the issue, the condition of the item, and whether the issue occurred during production or shipping.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging it arrived in
We will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a partial refund or replacement.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because custom items are made specifically for you:
- Minor variations in color, placement, or texture are normal
- Returns may be limited if an item matches the approved design
Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly before opening a payment dispute. We are happy to work with you to find a fair solution.
